1. Vanilla Vodka – 1 1/2 oz.(44ml)
Alternative(s): 1 cup regular vodka, 1 teaspoon vanilla
2. Peach liqueur – 3/4 oz (22ml)
Alternative(s): brandy
3. Simple syrup – 3/4 oz (22ml)
Alternative(s): honey, maple syrup
4. Lemon juice – 3/4 oz (22ml)
Alternative(s): lime juice, orange juice, lime zest
5. Sparkling wine – 750ml+

Instructions
- Put vanilla vodka, peach liqueur, simple syrup, and lemon juice into your cocktail shaker, then add ice. Please note that sparkling wine should not be added at this stage.
